During the winter months, regularly scheduled meetings will be held at the Vinton County Community Building (basement) on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.

During the warmer months, meetings will be held at Hope School near Lake Hope State Park on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
